The SportsTutor came about after years of watching, playing, coaching, and refereeing sports at all levels. I noticed that players at higher competitive levels often lacked the fundamental technical skill for a particular sport. Although many athletes achieved success, it appeared they lacked in execution and understanding. They survived on pure athletic ability.  At youth recreational levels, I watch coaches, parents, and leagues put such an emphasis on winning that individual player development becomes sacrificed for team strategy. The SportsTutor strives to fill the gap-to give our young athletes the necessary training and skill to develop without burdening them with winning. The program allows the more experienced athletes to refine their skills and gain an understanding of how to implement them in a competitive situation.
