IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE BALL

If you don't have the ball.... YOU must do the work!

Most players believe this statement only refers to the moments their team has possession of the ball. "When and where do I move to best support the ball and the teammate that currently has it?" Most players don't think about how this statement correlates to all the moments their team is NOT in possession of the ball and are therefore defending. "When and where do I move to best help my teammates collectively win the ball back"? At Sportstutor, we guide the players to the answers of these and the many more questions they have, but most importantly we also give them the "Why" behind those questions and answers.
