This new program was developed by Coach Ty Stauffer, former soccer and basketball player and coach at Kentucky Wesleyan
College and the founder of SportsTutor along with Chet Wiman, Physical Therapist and owner of Wiman Physical Therapy Services.
AMP utilizes a curriculum based on the mechanics and science of movement along with general health and nutrition
education. AMP will offer 3 programs geared toward kids/athletes in various stages of development.

for classes beginning in SEPTEMBER.
AMP/INPUT- is designed for the young athlete in the 8-10 year old age
range. The emphasis will be teaching young athletes how to move correctly. These young athletes will be taught
how to correctly run from the acceleration phase through the maximum velocity phase. We will focus on foot contact with the
ground, posture, arm position and swing. These athletes will also participate in drills to challenge and improve their balance
and coordination. This six week program will meet two times per week. Cost is $180.
AMP/ENERGY-is designed
for the intermediate/middle school aged athlete. This class will focus on correct movement as well as introduce the athlete
to higher level activities for improving athletic performance. This six week program will meet two times per week. Cost is
$180.
AMP/VOLT-is designed for the high school or college athlete. This class will emphasize core strength,
proper movement mechanics and drills to increase speed, quickness, balance, and power in order to facilitate peak performance.
This class will incorporate defined movement skills specific to a particular sport (arm swing for volleyball, kicking action
for soccer, footwork for lineman, etc.) This five week program meets three times per week. Cost- $225.
We encourage
team participation-$2700 per team max 22 players. Also, we can build a performance program around specific needs based on
input from your team's coach. Additionally, AMP will offer maintenance programs for athletes committed to year
round fitness. We will outline a yearly plan so we have athletes peaking at just the right time! For more information contact
